* Electricity must not be disconnected on the day of cleaning, and hot water must also be available
* Parking must be provided or paid for by client
* All prices quoted are based on the standard time it takes to clean a reasonably looked after premises. Size & Condition of the premises requiring additional time and effort for cleaning can be assessed and any applicable additional charges can be discussed and quoted on the day of cleaning
* Mistakes with cleaning reported post real estate agent’s property inspection within 7 days from the date of cleaning, will be fixed for free of charge.
